Northern Heights High School Natural Sciences

Earth Science is a laboratory based class that will explore topics that include but are not limited to safety, scientific processes, geology, meteorology, climatology, and astronomy. This course requires that students engage in laboratory activities. Each student will receive safety training, and be held accountable for strictly following safety guidelines. The goal of the course is to strengthen the student's understanding of earth science concepts, analyze and interpret models, and apply scientific processes through laboratory activities.
